Applying for Membership

Housing application forms are given out at orientation meetings for 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units. One-bedroom units are filled internally. Please note that subsidy is not available at the present time. All units are at market rent.

Note:	You must attend an orientation session to receive an application for housing. Priority is given to families with young children.

Co-op participation is required of all members.

To be eligible to live at our co-op, your gross monthly income must not exceed 5 times the amount of the market housing charge for the unit size. Shallow subsidy means that your income is sufficient to pay 70% of the market rate for the unit size. More information about applying for housing is available here.
