Applications are Now Available for 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom Units
We are now accepting applications for eligible co‑op oriented families with children only for our 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. Housing charges are at market rate. Subsidy is not available. The application form and information on how to apply is available here.
Applications will be available for a short time only.
Applying for Membership
To be eligible to live at our co-op, your gross monthly income must not exceed 5 times the amount of the market housing charge for the unit size. More information about applying for housing is available here.
Co-op participation is required of all members.
